Hi M,

I was testing using bulk enroll earlier to enroll myself into SOP Foundations Day 2, on the screen, it said prerequisite not met, skipping. I was enrolled in day 1 but had not completed it. The system said it was skipping enrollment hoever it still sent me an auto-email.

The email also says, "You will remain in the pending courses queue until you have completed all course prerequisites."  However, it did not show up in the pending courses section on my dashboard. Where is this " pending courses queue ". This is confusing and misleading. The email also says "If you have any questions, click on the info button to see prerequisites that must be successfully completed before being enrolled in this course." Where is this info button they are supposed to click on?
