CACWT Enrollment Management Project

CACWT Enrollment Management Project

Notes
Update: 6/8/26
Please note the following updates regarding State Standardized eLearnings (specifically sections with titles ending in "California"):

  - Naming Conventions: Titles have been updated to align with the statewide naming style guide.
  - Enrollment Management: New participant enrollment management protocols currently apply only to Continuing Training sections, not CC3.5 eLearnings.
  - Status Changes: To minimize lingering enrollments, any that exceed the quarterly section expiration date will be moved from "Active" to "Withdrawn" status. Participants may re-enroll in a new active section if they wish to continue.

Enrollment management for CC3.5 sections remains unchanged at this time and will be included on the agenda for the June workgroup meeting for further discussion.

Once again, these changes are only being applied to State Standardized eLearnings, not Academy or County-specific eLearnings.

Touchpoint Prodigy leadership has implemented an enrollment management project within the CACWT LMS platform. This initiative includes standardizing course and section titles to align with the updated naming convention standards.

As part of this effort, existing course sections that do not comply with the new naming convention standards will be archived.

We are transferring learners' enrollments this month and going forward to the appropriate quarterly sections to align with the updated naming convention standards and ensure learners can complete their training within the required timeframe.

Learners' enrollments that have exceeded the allowed completion timeframe will be updated to a status of Withdrawn.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to standardize course management and improve the learner experience.
