Hi Mauricio,

The request external training hours from the learner dashboard is not working for Solano County or me. Solano County has been trying to upload a couple of requests since December. 

Solano County had a learner successfully submit in November, but now it's not working. 

I looked at the Requested credits report, and I see that other regions have successfully submitted in January. 

Why are we unable to?
