Clarity on adding Tribal Affiliations

Hello,

I've been reviewing the meeting notes regarding the process for adding Tribal Workers to CACWT.

In the May 7 meeting agenda, the following guidance was noted:
  1. "Guidance for Enrolling Tribal Workers: Create tribal workers under county affiliation; assign tribal worker job type/role. List the county of affiliation."
  2. "Tribal Community Affiliation: Tribal communities should be nested under regional academy affiliations with a 'Tribal Community' role assigned. A 'County of Affiliation' data field is used for location tracking."
Could you please confirm my understanding that BAA should create sub-affiliations nested under the BAA affilation for Tribal communities within our region and move any existing CACWT learners who have the Tribal Worker role into the appropriate Tribal Community sub-affiliation?
