Delayed response in "Need Assistance" button" - eLearning Certificates not available for 3-5 days

This was reported out by several of our learners/SPs

"Learners will complete an eLearning course yet will receive "error" messages when attempting to access course completion certificates. Learners are having to re-take the course to achieve completion status. Even then, learners are unable to access their certificates directly after completion, taking up to 2-3 days. "

I don't have the name of the eLearnings, however want to see if any other Cal-Academies were experiencing the same issues or what support is finding in resolving these requests.
