The pending pre-requisite report within the CACWT sections has already been a game-changer for the Northern Academy! As we're going through the report and starting to adjust our business processes, there are a few upgrades that our team could benefit from: 

• - Is there a way to add the row insert date for the record? (The date they enrolled and were put into pending status). This will help for internal management for learner outreach to complete requirements.  

• 
  - Some learners are listed multiple times so I think they must be trying to enroll more than once. Is there a way to de-dupe the list or make it so learners aren't able to register more than once?  

• 
  - Could we add the email field to the report? And/or is there a way we can bulk email those in pending enrollment for a class? 

• 
  - Can student names be clickable so we can pull up their learner account? (less important but would be helpful)
