Hello CACWT CalAcademy Affiliation managers,

How are other academies handling self-registration for courses with prerequisites, such as CFT - Facilitation Training (Day 2 of 5) - California (day 2-5), and Integrating CANS into CFT Meetings and Case Plans (Day 1 of 2) - California?

BAA is interested in understanding the processes and controls used.
For example:
  1. Are prerequisites being verified automatically through the learning management system, or is there a need for manual approval or review?
  2. Have there been any challenges with self-registration and prerequisite tracking?
  3. What best practices or safeguards have proven effective in preventing students from enrolling in courses for which they are not yet eligible?

Any insight into how other academies are approaching this process would be very helpful.
