Would it be possible to trigger the Course Registration auto email when a learner is reinstated (i.e., moved from “Withdrawn” back to “Active”)?

Currently, the most recent correspondence from CACWT would have been the automated email sent when the learner was marked as withdrawn. Sending an updated notification upon reinstatement would be extremely beneficial in keeping learners informed of their enrollment status.

Implementing this would help streamline communication and improve efficiency between the Registrar and learners.
