Can we please discuss a process to have TP communicate to RTA's when a learner requests to be withdran from a training and the request is completed by TP? Or should TP foward these to the RTA's to complete? 

Our Registrar needs to be informed if TP will be completing these requests and when they are completed for tracking enrollments, waitlists, etc... on her end.

Here is a recent example: Gala Hunter was registered for the 8/26 Substance Use Disorder training on 8/12 by Kayla and Nathaniel Beauchamp withdrew her on 8/19.
