Could the CACWT Workgroup please be notified before new features are added to the production site?

As BAA CACWT Admins, Robyn and I would appreciate advance notice of upcoming changes so we can update our internal processes and policy documentation as needed, and communicate those changes to our team.

When new features are implemented without prior notification, our colleagues often discover the updates before we do, which can lead to confusion and questions that we are not yet prepared to address. Advance communication would help ensure a smoother transition and allow us to provide timely guidance and support to our staff.
