CACWT - Support Staff: Accessing and editing course details

Accessing and editing course details

Instructions

  • When logged into CACWT, select “Courses” from the left panel navigation to search and select a course.

  • You will be directed to the course information screen, which shows various details about the course.

    • The top section of the screen includes information such as the course ID, course registration, affiliation, course status, whether learners can self-register, and other details. Note that not all categories will have associated information and some may be blank.

  • The bottom of the course management screen has information about any related sections (active or archived) as well as associated Learning Paths. Section details include: section ID, name, status, affiliation, enrollments, capacity limit, term and start date.

  • Administrators can select “Edit” on the left side panel to make changes to the course.
