Community Based Organizations: Service-Level Objectives for Vetted CBOs

Article outlines the service-level objectives and expectations from CACWT Support as it pertains to adding vetted Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to the CACWT Affiliations list.
Entry criteria involves the submission of the list of vetted CBOs to CACWT Support, via survey response (County Vetted and Submitted CBOs) or by ticket creation to CACWT.
Policies
- Each CBO submission must include the following:
- Name of Organization
- Point of Contact (Affiliation Manager, responsible for user management and approvals)
- Acceptable Email Domain
- no "generic" email addresses (e.g. info@mycbo.org
- no provider email addresses (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.)
- Name of Submitter
- Must be employee of State of California DSS
- CACWT Support will check submission list once a day for new entries. Once new entry is identified, a new CACWT ticket is created on behalf of the submitter for tracking.
Timeframe for inclusion into CACWT shall follow the guidelines, after submission:

Over 10 | 5-7 business days |
- Inclusion Activities Performed:
- Add CBO Item to Affiliates List
- Create Learner account for Affiliation Manager (with Organization Name added as Affiliation field)
- Set Affiliation Manager role for new account
- Add Email Domain to ALLOWED_EMAIL_DOMAINS parameter variable
- Onboarding document is sent to Affiliation Manager (TO BE IMPLEMENTED SOON)
- Ticket will be closed and Note will be added to the survey response, containing ticket number and implementation date.
