Description:
Enrollments are managed from the Sections module via two primary screens, the Active Enrollment screen and the Enrollment History screen.
The Active Enrollment screen indicates the learners progress in a section that is actively being trained.
The Enrollment History screen displays a list of sections that learner has been enrolled in along with all of the other statuses that they’ve acquired (other than Active).
Enrollment Statuses:
ACTIVE = Course appears in learners Active Course panel. Learner has access to Bb course.
ABSENT = Learner has been removed from section. Course no longer appears in Active course panel.
Learner receive auto email indicating that they were absent from training.
Learner appears in course enrollment history as ABSENT and can be transferred to another existing section.
WITHDRAWN = Learner has been removed from section. Course no longer appears in Active course panel.
Learner receive auto email indicating that they were WITHDRAWN from training.
Learner appears in course enrollment history as WITHDRAWN and can be transferred to another existing section.
ATTENDED = Learner status is ATTENDED but awaiting survey logic.
Post test surveys are released.
Once all required surveys are completed, learner receives new status "COMPLETED"
BLOCKED = Blocks Learners from attempting self-registration for training again.
INCOMPLETE = Learner has been removed from section. Course no longer appears in Active course panel.
Learner receive auto email indicating that they received INCOMPLETE status from training.
Learner appears in course enrollment history as INCOMPLETE and can be transferred to another existing section.
COMPLETED = status will provide leaners with TRUE COMPLETION, meaning that all survey requirements have been met and attendance requirement has been met.
Learners can receive the "COMPLETED" status in two ways. Either automatically as transition from ATTENDED or by direct manual entry.
If a learner's status is manually changed to "COMPLETED" it will automatically bypass surveys.
When learner receives "COMPLETED" status the course will move directly to completed courses panel on trainee dashboard.
Instructions:
The Trainee dashboard has been updated to reflect two different statuses for learners.
Navigate to Sections module and click Active Enrollments
From Active Enrollments click the pencil next to each learner’s name to update their enrollment status.
From the Status dropdown select an Enrollment Status
Click Save to finalize status.
Note: for the Attended Status, administrators must also update the Current Grade field to reflect 100.
Note: for the Incomplete Status, administrators will need to also edit the learners number of completion hours manually from the Enrollment History screen.
