CACWT Administrators & Training Coordinators: Generating a Basic Enrollment Report
Enrollment History Report - infographic
Descriptions and Details:
This article provides simplified instructions for generating a general enrollment history report in CACWT. Note that there are several preset reports available in the Reports module on the left sidebar of the CACWT administrator dashboard. One of the most versatile reports is called the Enrollment History report. This report provides the names of each individual enrolled within each section of a course. In addition, the report will display the various enrollment statuses of a learner (Active, Absent, Attended, Complete, Withdrawn). The report does not display Waitlisted and Pending enrollments.
Filtering is a great way to narrow the amount of data output to your report. If a course is not specified, the report will display results for all course sections associated with the selected Affiliation. Using a Start Date range is also a helpful way to refine the amount of data generated (when selecting a date range, use the Start to Start option for a more accurate representation of trainings that occurred within a specified period of time).
Instructions:
Navigate to the Reports Module
From the main navigation menu on the left side of the GeniusSIS platform, expand the Reports section and select Enrollment History under Enrollments.

Select the Affiliation
On the Search criteria page, click the Affiliation dropdown field. Search for and select your specific county affiliation path
Apply Optional Course or Criteria Filters
If needed, select specific parameters such as Learning Path, Term, Department, Course, Status, or Instructor to refine your report.
Set Date Ranges
Click the from and to fields under Start Date or Completion Date to specify the reporting date range using the calendar picker or manual entry.
Generate the Report
Click the blue Get Data (or Submit) button to pull the matching enrollment records.
Export Data
