CACWT Partner Organizations: County Departments (Probation, Behavioral Health, and Tribal partners) Account Requests

County Staff from Probation, Behavioral Health, and Tribal partners who need access to the CACWT system in order to complete Child Welfare Training can request accounts through the County or Cal Academy CACWT administrative staff.   Please see contact details for each Academy below:

We suggest learners contact their supervisors and managers if there are questions on who their CW County Training Coordinator is who can create their account. If there are continuous questions after they ask their leadership team, learners can reach out to the appropriate representatives below for additional support. 

County Social Workers
Your county training coordinator recreates your CACWT learner account.  Please reach out to your county training coordinator for issues related to accessing your CACWT learner account. 

Behavioral Health Social Workers
Please reach out to the appropriate representative for the county you are serving for issues related to creating your CACWT learner account.

County Probation Officers
Please reach out to the appropriate representative for the county you are serving for issues related to creating your CACWT learner account.

Tribal Social Workers
