Reports as Consultant or General Approver (Part 1)

Description:


The following steps provide details for accessing basic reports, such as enrollment reports, via the Consultant or General Approver role in CACWT.


Instructions:


  1. First, make sure you are in the “Consultant” or “General Approver” role in CACWT. To access the role, select your name and choose the appropriate role from the drop down menu.  If you do not see it in the drop down, it’s possible you are already in the Consultant role.

  1. This will take you to the Admin dashboard page.

  1. In the left side panel select “Reports.” This will expand the section and provide a variety of options for report queries.

  2. For example, you can create an Enrollment Report by completing the following steps:

    1. Select “Enrollment History” (under the “Enrollment” header)

    2. Enter your preferred search criteria. CalSWEC recommends searching by course to narrow results.
