CACWT Trainee: Editing Profiles on Trainee Dashboard
Description:
In the interest of maintaining fidelity, access to edit account profiles is limited on the trainee dashboard. Trainees are only given access to edit their password. If trainees wish to edit any other aspect of their profile then they should contact their county training coordinator or access support. To edit your password through the trainee dashboard, follow the steps outlined below.
Instructions:
1. From your trainee dashboard, in the left sidebar, select the “Edit Account” option.
2. Click on the “Change my password” checkbox to gain access to edit your password.
3. Enter the requested information to edit your password and click Save.
4. Your password should now be updated to reflect the change. If you are unable to edit your password through these steps, refer to the instructions on how to edit the password through the forgot password method.
