CACWT Trainee: Using the Forgot Password Method
Description:
The forgot password method is useful in changing the password when trainees are not logged in to CACWT or cannot remember their password. Follow the steps below to initiate the forgot password method.
Instructions:
1. From the CACWT login page, click on the forgot password option under the “Sign me in'' button.

2. Enter your county-issued email address to recover your password and click the “Request Password” button.

3. You will be sent an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
4. If the forgot password option does not work, then trainees should access support by clicking on the Need Assistance button.
