  1. Next, select “Tracking” on the left side. In this window, set the number or percentage of slides viewed that trigger completion of the eLearning. This is the threshold that learners will need to meet in order to receive a “Complete” status for the eLearning. For example, if the course has 50 slides and the percentage viewed is set to 90%, learners will need to view at least 45 slides to earn completion status.

  1. Once you have finalized the settings in the Reporting and Tracking window, select “OK” to save. You will be taken to the original Publish window.

  2.  In the Publish window, check the following:

    • Title and folder - Is the title correct? Is the folder location correct?

    • Properties - Select preferred player type and check that Publish is set to publish the “Entire Project” (e.g. all slides in the eLearning).

    • Reporting and Tracking - Ensure the “Report to an LMS” box is checked. The dropdown menu will provide publishing options. SCORM 1.2 is recommended.
