CACWT Administrator: Survey Override & Reset

CACWT Advanced Administrator Actions: Survey Override and Reset

Instructions:


  1. Access the learner profile

  2. Select Learner

  3. Select enrollment history from the Learner Menu


  4. Next to the course title, select the Survey Icon.



  5. On the pop up screen, a list of surveys will be visible.


  6. Check the box for the Survey(s) intended to be Overridden.  Then, click save. 


Notes

The process for resetting surveys is nearly same.

When updating survey status, DO NOT check a survey box and just click Save after opening the Survey Status screen.

The survey link will be refreshed on the learner/participant dashboard.
