Please be aware the Genius side of the CACWT system is currently experiencing a significant slowdown. The issue was reported at approximately 12:01pm (PST) on Monday, September 15th.  While users may be able to sign in, they will likely be unable to access other page functionalities. To access virtual training sessions, we recommend directing learners to the Blackboard side of the platform using the link cacwt.blackboard.com or a direct link to the Zoom session.

If this problem persists until the end of the training day, Training Assistants (TAs) supporting training sessions can inform participants to complete the end-of-day evaluation tomorrow. We ask that TOAs, manually send reminder emails to complete the evaluation to participants tomorrow morning. Any evaluations for training that took place today and remain incomplete by Wednesday 9/17 can be bypassed using the survey override feature.  

We are actively working with Anthology support staff to resolve this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
