Things for TAs to provide feedback on:
-Usability of these instructions for helping them. Is anything missing? Do they need anything else (screen shots)? Should we add time tables?
-Would it help to have a list of statewide trainings so you know which trainings have curriculum included in the course? And/or a list of evaluations that should be in the system for statewide training?
-What are the frequent challenges in the system?
-How to track instances of system error in the release for the evaluations? Slack channel?
- Do the TAs want to still be responsible for capturing the attendance check-ins? OR would they prefer the participants use the morning/afternoon check-in feature?
-Does the section on the Attendance Check-ins reflect what they are doing now...or can that process be streamlined?
