Description:
The information in this section describes the components involved in section management using the CACWT system. Section management allows administrators to search for sections, add sections, and import CSV files. Please note that the ability to add sections is also available through course management.
Instructions:
1. From the sidebar of your CACWT dashboard, select Sections and click on Sections from the drop-down menu that opens.
2. Search for the section you’d like access to by using the filters, which include the section ID number, Section name, Status, Affiliation, Instructors, Start Date, End Date, Number of Enrollments, the enrollment Cap, Credits, Terms, LMS, and LMS ID.
3. Once located, click on the section’s ID number or name and you will be taken to the section’s information page by default. From here you can access the section’s information, make edits to the section, view the section’s audit log, go through the Active Enrollments and Enrollment History, observe the Attendance and Attendance Report, make Bulk Transfers or Bulk Certificates, and view the Templates and Roster Sign in. These items are discussed in more detail below:
The Information page displays various details about the selected section.
The top section of the screen includes information such as the section ID, section instructors, affiliation, section status, and other details. Note that not all categories will have associated information and some may be blank.
There is also a button to Resend Enrollments that will resend enrollment information to learners who are actively enrolled in the section.
