CACWT Learners: Public Training - Certificate Access

All of the eLearnings in listed on the CACWT Public Training page require the participant to view an complete all elements in the training. Participants must click and listen to the entire audio of the help content on each screen. Then, scroll down to the very bottom of each screen after reviewing all of the content in order to trigger the release of the certificate generator.

These trainings are serviced by the CACWT Administration and Support team but are not tracked in the same way as content delivered directly from the CACWT platform. Therefore, it's very important to hold on to certificates. Also, if an error occurs, our team is not able to access any participation history associated with these trainings, participants should take screenshots or screen recordings to better assist the support team in answering tickets.
