CBO Directions for new account

Genius Sections Inaccessible
Good morning, Our staff can log in to Genius, but they are unable to open any sections. They can search for sections, but when they try to click on a section to open it, they are immediately redirected back to the Dashboard.

We currently have counties that are looking to reconcile their field activities from the county specific courses over to the statewide courses, for accurate module tracking. What is the best direction to give counties on how to track across the two courses
ICPM eLearning - Stuck at 67%

CSV Import Fail
I just used a csv file to enroll learners into a section. I knew there may be some that fail if they didn't have a profile or the Sonoma learners who have had emails changed but not yet updated in CACWT. Anyway, the status email below shows all results

Class Imports - Increased time for completion
We have been experiencing an increase in the time that an import takes to create classes, up to 8 hours in some cases. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or where would we look in the logs to find out what is preventing these imports from moving

Slot Allocations and Waiting Lists
